The causeway between Johor Bahru and Woodland should be submerged in the centre by building the motorway tunnels beside existing causeway at one side and water tunnels and rails tunnels at the other side before the centre be excavated to allow for shipping line, recreation vessels to pass through, which will benefit both side of straits.
